What's in this version:
-Use Android’s media player when not enabling speed control (and not Presto’s version). This may fix some minor audio time display issues.
-Do not reset the book’s “last position” when unloading a finished book.
-When adding files to the library the file list shows the full file name, even if it is longer than the screen’s width.
-Fixed a bug relating to continuing play automatically after a call ends.
