What's in this version:
-Added an option to auto rewind a few seconds when paused. This will allow you to hear the last few seconds again when resuming.
-Added option to automatically resume a book, paused by a phone call, when the call ends.
-Added button receiver priority (advanced). This should fix issues of not intercepting headset button events as a result of other apps hijacking them.
